KXA Estates was founded in 2017 with the goal of connecting families and communities with access to living and working space. We are a small, family-owned property management business that works to invest and make space accessible and beautiful to those that live, work and enjoy Skagit County.

 

KXA Estates believes in community and aims to do our part in bolstering it’s success by offering quality, competitively priced, and stable space rentals for both commercial and residential patrons.  We also focus on offering commercial rental suites for independent and local business to operate and flourish in.
